  • 15 minutes

    Beyond Mindfulness

    Mindfulness is a fantastic strategy to help us become aware and tune into the present moment. How can we use that space to improve how we show up in other areas of our lives, whether personal or professional? 

    Led by Jen - Physical Therapist, Fellow of Pain Science, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and Lifestyle Medicine Coach.

  • Cardio & Strength

    Build muscle strength and aerobic endurance with strength exercises and cardio drills.

    Equipment recommended: hand weights and a mat

    Coached by Brenda - physical therapist, certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Senior Fitness Specialist and Functional Aging Group Exercise Specialist.

  • Dance Party

    Enjoy a high energy, fun, full body workout for your mind, body and soul, synching easy to follow dance moves to today’s top hits and retro favorites, and discovering beats from around the world. You don't have to be a "dancer" to join. Everyone is invited to the party!

  • Mobility

    Join us for 30 min of smooth movement. Think about how your muscles and joints work together, and how to practice to improve the efficiency of these patterns to improve mobility and reduce tightness. May even help to reduce back pain and allow you to move in a wider range of motion. Works great as a warm up, a cool down, or a little movement on a rest day. Typically no equipment needed, but we occasionally utilize a yoga block, a small towel, a pillow and/or a chair.

    Bare feet recommended.

  • VIIT - Varied Intensity Interval Training

    VIIT uses full body strength and cardiovascular exercises, alternating short periods of you-choose-the-intensity anaerobic exercise with rest intervals or less intense recovery periods, including core work.

    Modifications and progressions given to accommodate every fitness level. Join us for 30 min of smooth movement. Think about how your muscles and joints work together, and how to practice to improve the efficiency of these patterns to improve mobility and reduce tightness. May even help to reduce back pain and allow you to move in a wider range of motion. Works great as a warm up, a cool down, or a little movement on a rest day. Typically no equipment needed, but we occasionally utilize a yoga block and/or a chair. Bare feet recommended.

    30min classes may use dumbbells and/or a mat.
