Here are the answers to some FAQs to help you determine if our collective is what you’re looking for!

How do I join?

Signing up is easy. Simply click the link below, enter your personal and payment information, and, within a few hours, you’ll receive a password giving you access to all classes. Please keep in mind that we are a small company and this is not an automated system. We process requests in the eastern time zone, so please be patient if we’re sleeping when you join :) We will respond as soon as we return to our administrative tasks during our business hours!

What is the cost?

Become an EFC member for only $52/mo. Your payment will automatically withdraw on the same day of each month. Remember, you can cancel at any time, but we do not refund partial months. If you want to start w a 30 day trial, choose the quick start option for $60, and it will not renew monthly. If you are signing up with a specific instructor or team, please click here to find them.

What makes you so special, Engage Fitness Collective?

We think we’re pretty unique for a few reasons:

  1. Convenience & Accessibility - You have unlimited access to a flexible schedule of live classes offered at all times of the day, seven days a week. You don’t have to live near a gym. You don’t have to  travel anywhere. You don’t even have to wear shoes if you don’t want to. If you decide to keep camera off, pants can also be optional ;) You can stretch at your desk. You can dance in a hotel room. You can get your workout in when you visit your aunt. Night owl? Early bird? Weekend warrior? We’re here for you!

  2. Variety & Diversity - Find classes that fit your needs - improve your cardiovascular health, increase your strength and endurance, stretch your body and your mind, stand taller, breathe more deeply - and choose from 20 friendly certified instructors to motivate and guide you.

  3. Community - You aren’t just an anonymous screen name to us. We encourage members to turn their cameras on. We get to know each other. Our members feel comfortable to ask questions and frequently make new friends on our platform. And our highly-skilled instructors like to provide real-time instruction. But if you’re feeling a little shy, no worries, we welcome EVERYone, even if you prefer to keep your camera off. No judgment from us, because we all have bad hair days. And messy rooms. And crazy pets/kids/partners.

  4. Authenticity - We don’t have fancy digital backgrounds or corporate themed uniforms. We make mistakes. We occasionally trip over our words, and sometimes our own feet. We share what’s difficult for us, and we cheer you on personally.

Will I need any equipment?

All classes take place on Zoom, so you will need a free Zoom account. As for workout equipment, that is up to you! The majority of our classes do not use equipment, or can be modified to use only body weight. But if you’ve been itching to use those dumbbells, desperate to make more use of your foam roller, hoping someone will teach you what else you can do with those untouched bands the physical therapist sent you home with once - get out your goodies! You’d also be shocked what you can do with a couple jugs of laundry detergent, hardcover reference books and a broomstick or Swiffer pole!

What’s the deal with the “5 Days for $5” button?

We want you to feel confident before making the decision to join! By clicking the “5 Days for $5” button, you can test run a few classes before signing up for a monthly membership. You pay only $5, and you get unlimited access to every class on the schedule for five consecutive days. Your time and money are important, and we want you to LOVE your sweat sessions. If we aren’t the right fit, you’re free to move on and find what works for you.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes! We think the gift of a fitness community is a wonderful way to show someone your appreciation. Click below to purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership comes with no commitment, meaning you can cancel at any time. You can cancel or change your membership by emailing team@engagefitness.org. Please keep in mind, we do not refund partial months. If your payment drops on the 3rd of the month, and you cancel on the 6th, your membership is still active through the end of the current month.
