We are so excited to welcome you to your new expanded schedule of online workouts.
You now have access to 65-75 weekly classes - including strength training, yoga, dance, Pilates, mobility, interval workouts, kickboxing, chair fitness, senior exercise and more!.

All are welcome in any and every class. No experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes and check the class descriptions for any other specifics. We recommended athletic footwear for most workouts, but bare feet are also usually fine, and even encouraged for certain classes.
Keep a water bottle handy, and maybe a towel, too.
