I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I resided in South Florida for over 20 years. I decided to relocate to Jacksonville to be closer to my family. I started taking ReFit classes in 2025. It took me a bit to pick up on the choreography. With encouragement from my ReFit instructor and dedication to my fitness journey, I improved over time and fell in love with doing ReFit. The gym that classes were held in closed unfortunately. However, I never forgot how ReFit impacted me.
When the opportunity presented itself, I became certified to teach ReFit. During the process of certifying to be an instructor, I learned that Refit is so much more than working out. It is also filled with heart work that can create lasting self-love through motivation and community. I totally want to share the movement with all that are ready to receive it. It truly is for anyone and EVERY BODY! What is awesome is that you have the option to do this from anywhere that you choose! There are no wrong moves, just fitness and fun!
