Clifton is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Stability Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. A former professional dancer, Clifton performed nationally and internationally as an Associate Professor of Ballet. He has an MFA in dance from the University of Arizona.
Clifton blends elite movement training with science-based fitness for clients of all ages and abilities. He is the author of two barre fitness books — The Power of Barre Fusion and Refined Barre Fusion — and brings a unique understanding of posture, mobility, and body alignment to every session. His mission is to help every client move better, feel stronger, and live fully.
I help working professionals and families to feel more confident in maintaining an active lifestyle alongside their careers! My passion is to help everyone to enjoy movement and to live their healthiest lifestyle through fitness and nutrition coaching.
